    Extractive Industry (Branch Energy/Koidu Holdings Ltd).
    Sadiq Silla is a Sierra Leonean politician and a member of the Sierra Leone
    People’s Party (SLPP). He was first elected as Council Chairman of Pujehun
    District in a landslide victory in the 2008 Sierra Leone Local Elections. He was
    easily re-elected in the 2012 Sierra Leone Local Elections with 67.73%, defeating his main opponent.
    He served as Deputy Minister, Ministry of Transport and Aviation. His private
    sector background helped in facilitating the Socfin Agricultural Company. Socfin is a 12,000 hectare plantation oil palm company with the biggest processing plant in West Africa. His proactive nature and knowledge of the business environment helped in
    attracting the SUMMAH Group to invest in a brand new Airport on Build-operate and transfer model in Sierra Leone.
    Sadiq Silla possesses a broad of range of leadership qualities in business planning and financial management.
